Yes, I know I am watching what I eat right now, so this is not something I have made recently. BUT it is oh so yummy! My sister found this recipe and got me hooked on it last year. It is super easy, and aside from the cinnamon chips, not all that bad for you.
1-2 pkgs small tortillas
Pam Butter flavored spray
Cinnamon and Sugar
Fruit above, or you can add or replace these
1. Preheat oven. Take a pile of your tortillas. Using pizza cutter slice them like a pizza or pie fashion (making 6 chips per tortilla). spread onto baking sheet. Spray the chips with Pam and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake until lightly brown and crispy.
2. While your chips are in the oven dice up the fruit into small pieces. Add Rasberry preserve or sugar to taste.
